Paint and Faux Finish

This was a solo job I did in Aledo, TX last week. It was about a 2 1/2 day job that included masking, prep work, two coats, dry time, and some faux finish on the trim and window seat cabinets.

A couple of days ago I got a call from the family wanting me to return and do some more faux finish. They got to looking at the trim in their game room and decided they wanted the trim on the stairs to match it. I returned and completed the job in just a few hours.

Utility Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room

This is a utility room in which we painted the walls and cabinets.
This is the dining room we painted.
This is the kitchen in which we painted the walls, trim, and cabinets.

Bathroom Cabinets/Vanity

From Headboard to Mud Bench

I scrapped an old headboard and created a mud bench out of it. This was a fun project!

Remove Window & Replace with Paneling

This is a rent house that is being put up for sale and needing some big changes. These two rooms are separated by a set of windows, which the homeowner wanted me to get rid of. I removed them, rebuilt the wall on both sides, and then replaced the area with paneling to match the rest of the room. Then of course the entire room was painted.

This is the other side of the wall before the work was done.

This is that side of the wall after the work was completed.

Trim Repair and Paint

This was a fairly simple job that we completed in just one day. We repaired the damaged trim and then repainted it a darker color.
We also painted the trim around the front door.
